Here We Go Again...!!

Last year over Spring Break, I went on a mission trip that has changed my way of thinking and acting forever. Working on painting parts of the building, giving a school running water, feeding the kids, and getting to play with them. Handing out dolls that I know each person helped with a piece of what I was getting to experience. Seeing the smiles and joy that the dolls brought them was amazing. All of this is what I got to take part in and much more. Join me on my adventure to go again to Guatemala.

This year, I have the opportunity to go again with my church to Guatemala City, Guatemala. We are going to be working with Hope for Guatemala (Esperanza para Guatemala) which is located in Zone 18. In a world where approximately 40% of people must survive on less than $2 a day, I want to make a change, bring hope, and be the light to those who need it most. And you can help me. By sponsoring me on my trip WE can make a difference. Here are some examples of how your money can be used:

$35 will pay for the uniform for one child to go to public school
$50 will pay for a child's school books for one year
$75 will pay for a child's school books AND school supplies for one year
$100 will pay for the ministry's medical clinic for one month

I need your help in raising $1,500 for this trip AND GUESS WHAT a minimum of 50% of your donations will be going to the ministry to help them in any way possible.
